He later advanced his career in the corporate world as a Facility Manager, where he developed expertise in the administrative and strategic side of facility management, earning his Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation from BOMI.
Driven by a passion for improving properties and operations, David launched Performance Properties LLC to deliver a higher standard of service.
